As soon as I started chiropractic care I noticed that getting regular adjustments improved my sleep, energy, mood and my body’s ability to perform in sports. I then became excited about chiropractic and wanted others to experience what I had. I have been in practice on the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane for the past 6 years. I am very passionate about helping families from kids to adults and everybody in between that wants to optimise their health. I love the Queensland lifestyle of being in the sun and close to the beach.

In my spare time I enjoy seeing live music and training in martial arts such as kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu. I use a wide variety of gentle chiropractic techniques that are tailored to you and your families needs I have a special interest and Futher studies in pedriatrics and sports chiropractic. I love chiropractic care for its ability to benefit every individual in varying circumstances and blockages. I am committed to helping you and your families find natural health solutions so that you get to enjoy the fun in life.

 

After spending 10 years in Blackwater, Central Queensland working with an amazing community who embraced Chiropractic and all things health, a love of coffee and good food drew me back to the city and I worked for 3 years in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane.

I am now very excited to be opening my very own clinic to service the community of Banyo and surrounds.

I take an outside interest in educating myself and my patients in all facets of natural health care, and I love chatting to patients about the newest research on how diet and lifestyle impact our health and what we can do to ensure our bodies perform at an optimum level for years to come.
